Our members are middle-to-upper income professionals with disposable income, free or reduced-rate travel privileges, and a very specific set of lifestyle needs that no other platform has ever properly addressed.

When you post an available or last-minute vacancy, the system instantly notifies crew members whose schedules and destination preferences overlap with your dates.

Crew members who stay at listed properties are encouraged to write about their experience on CrewsPaper.com — creating authentic, peer-reviewed content that benefits future bookings. Listing fees are flat and annual. There are no booking commissions and no transaction cuts. Payment goes directly between you and your guest.

CrewsPaper.com was founded by Captain Jeff Broomall, who developed the original concept while flying for Comair Airlines. The platform is built on the same premise that drove that original idea: professional flight crew have always had needs — for layover information, for vacation rental connections, for career resources — that no existing platform was designed to meet.

The platform is member-supported. Crew members pay a flat monthly subscription for full access. Vendors — property owners, merchants, and employers — pay reasonable flat listing fees to reach that audience. All vendor listings are subject to review and approval. The platform is designed to benefit crew members first — which is also what makes it a worthwhile channel for the vendors who serve them.
